Does this sound like it could be endometriosis?

wow.. ur post is so familiar...for years i suffered with heavy, irregular,extremely painful periods, bad bad cramps, diarrhea,back pain, depression a week before my period and even pain during intercourse.. doctors really couldn't pin point my problem till one day i came across an article about endometriosis in Mademoiselle magazine that saved my life! I went straight to my Gyno with the article. he suggested to do a laperoscopy to check internally and there it was.. endometriosis!! i was put on depro provera birth control for 10 yrs .. when ur on depo u get no period, so no period, no pain. after i got off depo it took me 1 yr to get my periodback and one ur later i concieved and had a beautiful baby girl!! good luck and stay strong!
