Where to sell my phone?

i have a micromax q5 phone ..i live in delhi...the problem is that i have to buy a new phone but no one is ready to take my old phone coz of the brand name....micromax..i wanna know that is there any market in delhi which accepts all types of old handsets....and btw.... i i have to purchase a new handset in range of rs 4,000..so if possible kindly suggest me a gud phone from nokia or samsung in this range only..kindly help....like a qwerty phone....shud not look cheap...
