Card Tournament for College Students?

Let's say you were going to run a Spades Tournament marketed towards primarily college students. Your goal is to get as many players as possible. What city/area of the country would be the best area to run this tournament? In other words, what area of the country has the most college students that would likely play in such a tournament?
