Hi...i am new immigrant in canada..which is the best place to live for beginers?

last time i vivted here..i went to canada i lived in edmonton ..but didnt like the weather,dull life,etc.Now i am in brampton ,life is gud here,but i am not able to find anyt job here,so i want to ask which is the better place to live for beginners...calgary,edmonton,regina or toronto??/
