Iam in eee and my tancet 2011 score is 37.9,,can i get in any govt colleges,,am obc from kerala?

am in final year electrical and electronics engineering...as per my score is there any chances 4me to get admission in govt colleges,,or else can u suggest gud colleges in coimbatore...am from kerala belonging to obc catagory..non creamy layer
